"I just recently moved to the area and I’m now looking for a new Chinese restaurant to go to. The customer service was nice, the lady that took my order was pleasant. The food however was not what I’m accustomed to. It wasn’t terrible but I have had better. I had Hunan Shrimp with a spring roll and fried rice. The Spring roll was not good. The vegetables was mushy. The Hunan Shrimp was decent but the rice was hard… I don’t foresee myself going back. I’ll look for other locations to try. I didn’t think to take a picture of the food. The presentation wasn’t bad the food just didn’t do it for me."

"!!BEWARE!! The food was horrible, fried rice was gray uncooked(The race was still hard) and under flavorful, The General Tso‘s chicken they gave me was old fried chicken and it was not spicy. The shrimp lo mein noodles were also unflavored, the shrimp was over cooked and it was very greasy. Please do yourself a favor a pick a different Chinese carryout spot!!"

"Today my wife and I was looking for a good Chinese restaurant in the area so we tried out Top China. We purchased the five wings with fried rice and broccoli with garlic sauce for her. I know that sounds normal for a Chinese restaurant but after eating their food was great. Everything was perfect and the customer service was very professional. We recommend Top China if you are in the Fort Washington area!!!"
