"First time having auto insurance, this company sent out no information on payment dates, I got insurance on the 6 of the months was consider late and charged on the 26th of the month. My policy isn't in my name it says Eric and I'm Erin. Called to have it updated and changed still said Eric causing problems with police when pulled over to verify insurance. The person I spoke to on the phone was very unprofessional and could use a training in communication. I would not recommend this service I literally purchased progressive while still waiting to cancel these company services."
