"This place has gone downhill. They used to have top notch service but not anymore. When you have to return to the store 2 or 3 times to pick up your monthly scripts and they are often incorrect, is dangerous and irresponsible. When you are supposed to take your meds regularly but can't because of what seems to be a lack of attention to detail is not what I call first class service, which is what I used to get at Smith Brothers all the way back to when it was SunRay. Very sad that Smith Brothers is now taking queues from the big commercial pharmacies like CVS. I'm trying hard to support the little guy but if this keeps up I guess it will be CVS."

"This pharmacy has the friendliest and most helpful staff. I have been taking the same medication for over a year now, I have been going to cvs for all of my prescriptions paying $390 for ever refill until I meet my $1500 prescription deductible. But I transferred to this pharmacy today for insurance purposes and the woman who helped me informed me about a savings card that I can sign up for online for my specific medication that brought my cost down to only $5!!! What’s great is I didn’t have to ask her - she openly offered this information to me. You just got yourself a forever customer!"
