"I have never seen a place that seems to specialize in disorganization to this level before. I ordered 12 wings at 4:18 pm (walk in) - was told my food would be ready in 13 mins. I finally recd my order at 4:50 after inquiring twice about it. I don't plan to go there again."

"Used the drive thru. Gave the server my order. Had to reorder by the time I got to the window to pay. Food was really good- got the crispy bacon and cheese chicken sandwich. Very filling. Will go back again!"

"Night staff are rude and the food was trash. I was left waiting for someone to take my order at the drive thru and when I received my order it was all cold. When I told them the food was cold, they said it wasn’t because they just made it. They then said all the food was the same temp because it came from the warmers so if I got something else it would be the same. I didn’t have time to go back and forth with those children they let work there so I just left. This is the worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to."

"My family and I ordered food through the drive thru. We were asked to move are car to the stop and someone will be out with our food in five minutes. We placed an order at 1:44 and I went into the restaurant and asked about our food at 1:57. I discovered that none of our food was made and there would still be another 15 minutes at least for spicy chicken strips. By the time all the food was put together they still forgot the biscuits. I left the restaurant at 2:09 with all the food but the spicy strips. Extremely, poor customer communication."
