"I walked in with the first appointment of the day (1/13/24). I came here since my usual hairdresser is closed on the weekends and needed some quick highlights and a trim. I remembered coming here in the past when I lived nearby, and had a great experience every time with a hairdresser who used to work there. I walk in, with a friendly face asking "Hi please make me feel pretty again!", and the friendly vibe wasn't reciprocated. Instead, I was greeted by the woman (with blue hair, unsure of title) by her calling the hairdresser she decided was going to do my highlights. She just beckoned her over kind of rudely. The hairdresser that did my highlights was kind, and I recalled with her how I used to come to the establishment in the past and loved how an old hairdresser used to do my hair. When I mentioned the old hairdresser's name, some of the other hairdressers [eavesdropping] shouted how "crazy" that hairdresser was and started mentioning some of her experiences with the old hairdresser for other clients to hear. This was really unprofessional and downright bullying someone that couldn't defend their name or their character. It was ugly for sure. The hairdresser that cut my hair was kind and stuck up for the old hairdresser. Not crazy about the haircut I received but I just wanted to get out of there. Sophia, if you see this, you were really cool and still are :)"

"I failed to ask for her name, but the blonde lady at the far left booth when you walk in is wonderful. I walked in for a specific product and upon entering, she greeted me immediately and asked if I needed any help. I found what I needed right away so I didn’t, but then she helped me by recommending other products that will incredibly help my hair. The entire process went smoothly and she has great customer service skills."

"I was supposed to have a 15 minute consult I wanted to know more about some of the services I saw on the website. The person I was supposed to have it with, Carrie, was not professional at all. There was another stylist that stepped in to assist. Ms. Rochelle was very kind and helped me. She answered my questions. She did a clarifying treatment blow dried and trimmed my hair. I'm very appreciative of that, but I won't be coming back though."
