"Paid for an all over color, that night I noticed lots of grey still visible all over, past the roots. Not all my hair is the same color, spots were missed completely. Nicki was nice, but poor quality for the price I paid. I do not live in the area (3 hrs away) and can not return easily for a fix. Very frustrating."

I just recently had a Brazilian Blow Out treatment done to my hair there by the marvelous Norma and I could not be happier with the results. Many hair professionals I’ve encountered in the past are always trying to rush through the service and cut corners in doing so; however, Norma spent quality time and care in processing the treatment in my hair to make sure it turned out perfect, which it did :) Norma is an expert in hair and I will absolutely continue to go to Scruples for all my hair needs in the future!"
