"Never again! They let someone who was training play on feet . I get it everyone has to learn but you should tell someone before the service that “ this person is training , would you like to continue “ the other two girls was just in there doing each other nails and by time she wanted to help I was over it and this was the results. I made her remove it ."

"Friendly relaxing, beautiful spa. Much of the services listed was not available. Lady who did my nails was patient and less abusive like some shops."

"If I could give this place a negative 0 I would. I arrived at 1240pm and I sat waiting for a pedicure with my feet in the water over an hour waiting. This is bad for service.. when I ask why I am waiting this long.., the young lady stated that we only have one that can do a pedicure.. this lady was doing designs on another lady that came in after me.. I will never come here again.. bad business."

"My experience was absolutely horrible! Actually, I went to this nail shop several times because I liked the way my nail technician did nail art. Everything else was questionable! First, most of the time I ended up waiting as long as an hour to receive service. This was due to the fact that there were only two, maybe three people working in the shop. I found that to be extremely odd for a nail shop. However, as time went on I witnessed the personality of the Manager, Coco, to be very, very rude! Down right nasty! I wouldn't want to work for someone like that. The straw that broke the camel's back for me was I tried the eyelashes for the first time. I asked how long they typically last and I was told two weeks. Well, two days later mine were coming off and I did what I was suppose to do to maintain them for the maximum time. I went back to the shop and showed the Manager, who did my eyelashes and she said we can't guarantee how long they will last. Come on now two days!!!! If nothing but providing quality customer service! Well, she does not have to worry about it because I will never set foot in that shop again! You should think twice before going also!"
