"I've been here a few times and Alecia does a great job. She always listened to my concerns and my skin has improved. To agree with the other reviewer the spa itself is pretty bare bones."
"The service was good with Alecia However, the spa itself could have been a lot cleaner. The carpet was not vacuumed to the point that I kept my Crocs on during my Yoni Steam. My friend and I were offered snacks and mimosas. It was not clear that there was an additional charge for the small cup that we received. I'm giving 3 stars because Alecia was a good host, but the spa itself was not what I am used to or expected and left a lot to be desired. The bathroom was not up to par, but I was told the one downstairs was better, but from the looks of the entrance downstairs, I did not want to take that trip back downstairs unless I was leaving."
"Drove over an hour and 15 minutes for my appointment to arrive with the provider not here. I made my appointment through StyleSeat, which is the booking app that she uses and she stated she did not get the appointment. This is very upsetting and unprofessional I don’t understand why the provider would use a booking site that doesn’t give her the appointments that are booked. This is a 3 hours round-trip wasted!"
