"I first got my insurance from Tom and the prices were great. I realized real quick it was a mistake. I bearly could get him on the phone. One time it took over a month for him to get back to me. So finally when my year was up with his insurance group I told him to cancel everything so I could start a new insurance. Well he said he forgot or something went wrong and so I got charged for 2 home owners ,2 car insurances, and 2 flood insurances at the first of the month . Which really screws up my mortgage company. And I had to wait 2 weeks from all those to get reimbursed. Take my advice don't use this guy."

"Working with Tom during my insurance renewal was great at first, he was very responsive and saved me money switching my policies. But the communication quickly stopped, I have spent countless hours on the phone cancelling policies, getting refunds and trying to figure what is going on. No cancellation forms were ever forwarded and I had to do all the work myself. Very disappointed in this service."

"Tom reached out and suggested I switch my homeowners' policy, to a company with a better rate as my home had increased in price. He gets one star for that. However, I filled out all the paperwork and apparently the policy started but never got paid by my bank, to which I pay all my mortgage payments plus money for taxes and insurance that goes into escrow. I got multiple letters warning of overdue payments and called Tom who told me to not worry about it, the bank would figure it out.I just found out that my homeowners insurance was then CANCELLED due lack of payment and I was without insurance for two months, even though Tom was telling me it would all be fine. Now the policy is cancelled and I have a debt hunter coming after me for those payments. I asked Tom repeatedly to sort this out and he told me it was all the bank's fault and there was nothing he could do. What is the job of an insurance agent if not to make sure the insurance policy is in place? I recommend finding someone more responsive who will get the job done right."

"I switched to another agent. My new agent faxed a cancel form to this agency and had the confirmation that they received it. It has been over a month and the policy was still not cancelled. I called the Robinson Agency and they told me “they never received it”. I sent him the confirmation showing that he did receive it over a month ago. He said that doesn’t matter, he never received it and he can’t cancel it back that far now and I had to call Farmer’s. Why would I have to call Farmer’s because this agent is an idiot?"
