"The braiders were fast and the braids looked good but they started falling out after a week. When I called the owner she said I was too late because she didn't fix braids at 2 weeks. I lost 23 braids in 2 weeks! I tried to explain that I had 2 different braiders but she became combative and lost a customer who would've come back to the shop at least 5 times a year. The worst customer service ever!"
