Originally part of the Sunray Drugs chain, Friendly Pharmacy was founded by a group of pharmacists who wanted to keep the once major chain under independent management. Today, we have expanded to six Sunray Drugs locations and fourteen affiliate pharmacies in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
At Friendly Pharmacy, we specialize in providing medications for chronic disease states such as HIV/AIDS, multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, and more. We also cater to the medication needs of healthcare facilities, including adult foster care homes, hospice, and rehabilitation facilities.

"Had a great experience here! True to the name, very friendly and courteous staff, and quick service too! I would definitely recommend this pharmacy!"
"Brad at Friendly pharmacy was the opposite of friendly. Sat on the phone with a coworker or friend for at least 10 minutes while I waited to drop of my prescription before work. He finally got around to talking to me and instead of apologizing intstantly questioned my RX and said he had to call the doctor who wrote it. He was also rude to the people on the phone and mocked a phone ring sound and told the lady “let’s try this again shall we”. Since she didn’t hear him the first time. He kept asking where I slept at night and tried to give my RX back to me telling me to “go somewhere else”. Every other time I have been there it was quick easy and convienent. Brad is a terrible representation of the pharmacy. Called my doctor afterwards to make sure that he said he would fill it and they said they took care of the issue and that he was very rude to them as well."
"Thus place is great. My mother is recently homebound and I'm her caregiver but don't drive. My moms Dr comes together our home and works with Friendlys pharmacy, she sends the scripts to the pharmacy and they deliver it to our front door within a couple days. Their quick and reliable and very nice, couldn't ask for better service!!"
