"I was very disappointed in my experience here. First, I was given a stylist who was not the one I had booked with. I asked for a bob with lots of layers (and provided pictures). The stylist was rushing, and gave me a chin length cut with barely any layers. The place appeared to be understaffed, as she kept having to take phone calls or give directions to the other employee, and she was not focused on my hair. After 45 minutes, my hair still looked flat and bowl-like. She then handed me off to another stylist, who did do an excellent job salvaging the cut. Only afterwards did I learn that this second stylist was the one who I had tried to book with, but she had been running late, so I had been switched to the first, seemingly less experienced stylist, who then had to rush to fit me in, without being informed as to what was going on. I was then expected to tip two stylists. This could have been avoided with a simple phone call telling me that my stylist was running late and asking me to postpone the appointment time. This experience was stressful and uncomfortable, and I will not be returning."

"I am super excited to leave this review. I actually came here in the Fall of 2021. I called into book my appointment and allowed them to book me with whoever was available. That was my fault and something I'll never do again. I was booked with Natasha. My hair is dark and I have been a honey blonde with low and high lights for over 20 years. The amount of money and maintenance put into my hair has been insane. I needed a root touch up. (I had just moved back to the area.) I was honest with Natasha that my hair was difficult but she assured me she was not scared. I was so happy that she was confident. Unfortunately my hair did not come out right. I had to come back a few times and even after the final attempt I was left with orange hair. I was DEVASTATED! I didn't write a bad review because the manager was super apologetic and even added treatments to my hair for the inconvenience. Needless to say, I stayed clear from this salon because of my first experience. A few months later I gave in! I knew that there were some veteran hair stylist in the salon and I decided to call back and specifically ask for the names on all the good reviews. I was able to get Katie! Katie was completely honest on how we had to get back to my old me. Katie also happened to be the manager who helped me not cry with my first experience. I am soooooo happy I came back! My hair is back to normal. I took tons of pictures in my car today after my appointment, and it's safe to say I have my go-to stylist! I have thick-thick hair and know that it takes a PRO for my hair type and texture. I can confidently say Katie is the BEST. I am IN LOVE! I literally left the salon today and said I love you. And left with happy tears!"

"Great hair salon, not pretentious and filled with locals. Feels like families, with all the chatter and stories being shared. Jannett is my hairdresser. Good to have someone you can count on to listen and execute, per your insurrections."

"Here's the updated review for the ones that read the last one, I want to give a shout out to my hairdresser Natasha for coming through with fixing and color correcting the first outcome. You can see the difference in the pictures from the first try to the second one. She's also super friendly, nice and creative plus she's also great with haircuts. I got a super beautiful layered haircut that goes really well with the hidden color, forgot to take a picture of the whole hair but I'm super happy with the end result. Thank you Natasha!"
