"Very disappointed with service. Covid medication was not available for 6 days after it was called in. I was told it would be ready on the first day, I drive 45 minutes to get there only to find out it would take 6 more days. There price was noticeably higher than others but when you sick you are willing to pay. I adamantly do not recommend this pharmacy. I feel the are taking advantage of the covid epidemic. In my opinion there should be a criminal investigation. They lied to me on the phone. The pharmacy seems to Be in a state of confusion. My experience was just very bad. It’s worth traveling to other pharmacies where they don’t take advantage of people who are sick"

"This is regarding our medications that we ordered on July 28 for our son. I was told it will be shipped Aug 1st. But when we didn’t receive it until Saturday Aug 5, I called to check where it was? I was told shipment department is closed and they don’t know the status of it. After 30 minutes I got a call about the payment method and asking which credit card to use. That’s when I asked if you didn’t charge my card yet means you never shipped the medicines yet. And your associate said yes it was never shipped. This is really disappointing and frustrating. Do you guys need reminders for everything? Do you guys understand what impact can a 7 year old autistic kid have on not getting his prescribed medications who can’t talk and express his discomfort? I have no interest in getting our prescription filled and supplements from your pharmacy. It’s our doctor , Dr Neubrander who asked us to take it from your pharmacy only. But I’m going to escalate it to his office as well. The kind of service you guys are offering is really bad."

"I have been using Hopewell pharmacy for over 15 years but I have noticed that in the past 1 year the service has gone downhill. I went 3 times to pick up my medication and still not ready to pick up. Ridiculous!!! I am done going to CVS."
