"I went here to get my roots blended and left with bright yellow hair and severe chemical burns on my scalp after the stylist left the bleach in my hair for close to 50 minutes. I was in severe pain the whole time but because this place has such a great reputation I put my trust in the process. The burns on my scalp are severe and painful I’m quite upset about it. They did give a refund so that helps a bit but i’m still not happy"
