"My review is only three Stars, due to the continually increasing high prices at places like this. Took my daughter here for lunch before her flight. We each got a pick 2. That is a half a sandwich with a bowl of soup. We had water and did not order drinks. The bill was almost $24 with tax! Had we ordered drinks the bill would have been over $30. That is for what amounts to a total of one sandwich with two bowls of soup! And each of our half sandwich was lacking in the main ingredient. That is far too expensive for the equivalent of one sandwich and two bowls of soup."

"This is a very nice Panera bread. The service was fast and they were friendly. The sandwiches we got were delicious. We also got a smoothie which was good too. I liked the fireplace it was very cozy. It was modern and looked like it was recently renovated. The bathrooms were clean too."

"Where do I start, no paper towels in the bathroom. No napkins anywhere. Food was made with the wrong bread and the cashier has no idea what kind of bread they actually do have. No one is cleaning tables or taking the dishes to the back. They have nothing here!!! It’s empty! They are out of everything! I’ve never been to a panera bread run so terribly. The people making the food are so overwhelmed and they don’t look happy. They also go around touching everything without changing gloves. I never bothered to read the reviews because it’s Panera Bread! Panera Bread is not like this!! Ever!! Get it together Panera Bread!!!"

"I ordered on the app, and when I arrived I picked up my order. The bags are sealed, which is a good thing but I always open to examine my food before leaving. There was no cookie in my bag although I ordered one, so I was glad I looked. When I told the young man in the kitchen, he told another woman, who says “What’s wrong?” Not the best way to greet a customer and ask them how you can help but, okay… She said they were out of cookies, and that’s why it wasn’t in the bag, so I asked for a different cookie! You’d THINK they’d just tell me that instead of sealing up my bag and hope I don’t find out until I’m long gone. When I finally get back to my office I opened my frontega chicken sandwich and could not believe the lack of chicken. I had to remove the bread to make sure it wasn’t just a piece of bread they use for soup. I was INCREDIBLY disappointed, so much that I called the restaurant to explain what happened. Do you think I got an answer? Nope. Phone just rang and rang. Management is obviously nonexistent at this location, based on this experience and other’s poor reviews. I frequent Panera, and this has never happened to me. I would not ever go back to this location or recommend it."
