"Never going here again for sure! Ever since this one specific lady left this salon , I haven’t had a good experience here. I went to cut and fix my bangs here and I wanted some curtain bangs , I had showed the reference of how I wanted it to look. This new lady just simply didn’t even want to pay attention and literally cut bangs straight across. It looked terrible but I didn’t want to be rude but I simply told her that was not the look I was going for. I also heard the rest of the hairstyst talk about another costumers looks and we’re straight up bashing her. The other costumer could not understand because she was American and they were talking in Spanish. This place shows no professionalism and it simply just straight up terrible"
