"Consistently the worst McDonalds nightshift in the entire county. I used to work at a McDonalds, so i know nothing on the menu takes over 5 minutes to prepare. So why i am always waiting over 15 minutes for a DoorDash when im the only person in the building? Maybe its the methhead cooking in the back, maybe its the employees not being able to drop the phones and work when a customer is present. The world may never know, but Id probably put money on it being the entire attitude of the employees in general, not a single person seems to care about their job whenever i go in there. I understand, its a McDonalds job, but to be that lazy and grumpy every night? Yeesh just quit."

"Thanks for another disappointment. I ordered online, patiently waited in the drive-thru, and patiently waited for the person in front of me to talk back and forth to the person taking the order. (She was asking if he wanted to order breakfast or lunch.) He placed his order and pulled forward. As I was pulling up to the speaker, she was putting his order on the screen, so I waited. She spoke at exactly 11:00. I told her I had a Mobil order. She said if it’s breakfast, it won’t come up anymore because lunch started at 11:00. I explained I ordered a long time ago and I was waiting in line for a while. She said I have to place a new order and I have to order lunch. So now, I sit at home, with my points frozen and my money frozen because I wasn’t allowed to check out for breakfast. And now, I have to give my business to someone else because I still need to feed my family. Thanks for the disappointment and the waste of time. Lesson learned."

"Waited in the drive through for 10 minutes without moving. Finally left. This is the third time it happened. It happens between 9-10 pm. They should put up a sign if they are going to be delayed so I can go to another chain."

"I have never been more dissatisfied than I was on Sunday Oct 1 around 1pm with the disarray at the Old Mill store. Service was slow and Vanessa behind the counter was exceptionally rude. Do not recommend going to this store at peak hours."
