"Judie from management needs some training she has a terrible customer service and 0 experience dealing with a regular client . Been coming to this club for over a decade and not once had an issue. Dealt with multiple managers last one was (Chris) awesome guy he knows how to treat a repeat customer and never had a terrible customer service experience until Judie took over she is clueless when it comes to managing and has a terrible attitude. Won’t be going there anymore. You lost a loyal customer and a good tipper. Great Job Judie! I’m sure you will lose more clients in the future."
