"Grossly unprofessional conduct and discrimination from the male pharmacist who blatantly and intentionally lied, neglected, and dismissed me. i tried to ask him a question, he cut me off held my prescription in the air and said “DO YOU WANT ME TO FILL IT OR NOT!?” did not care about my privacy or well-being and his behavior was shockingly angry, erratic, unprofessional, inappropriate, deceitful, unstable and bizarre. he looked at my prescription that was sitting on the shelf in bag ready to pick up and then told me nope we dont have it in stock, cant fill it. i said but two people told him to come in and that it was ready for pickup. he said Nope not filling it, dont have it in stock. the owner Jane told him its right there, i just talked to her and told her it was ready for pickup. he said "my choice my decision" she pulled him to the side, idk what they talked about and he came out with my prescription but furious. Im so confused and don't understand why i was treated this way or why he was so angry."

"I've been using this pharmacy for years and they are wonderful all the way around. Over the years I've changed insurance often, sometimes lost my insurance, and would have to purchase my prescription a few at a time so I could afford them. Everyone that works there is always happy to do this for me, even though i know it's likely a little annoying for them...they never make me feel like I'm a pain in the butt for this, and are always super helpful with any questions I have, insurance issues, prenotifications, deliveries, etc. I love being treated with respect and feeling like they value me as a customer as they will go the extra mile to get customers served. Several of the people who work there have asked me about my son, (just from remembering me being pregnant when I first went there or from him coming in with me in the past a few times, not like they see him regularly), which is nice. Great little family business with kind and professional staff. Extremely fast service. Thank you for your service, especially during this time as you operate as an essential business.
