Three people stood in line for medicine, the employee was on the phone for 10 minutes, and the owner looked at it and said it wasn’t his resposobility"

"AWEFUL STAY AWAY!!! The owner is nice, but the people she hired are disgustingly unprofessional. My grandmother needed a specific antibiotic after getting out of the hospital. They didn’t have it on Friday, but assured us they’d have it on Saturday when she needed to take it. They called us right before closing on Saturday that they don’t have it (and they’re closed on Sundays.)We asked them to find a replacement, but the employee kept hanging up on us and refused to give us the owners number. We figured out her number on our own, but the employee is a horrible human being that shouldn’t be working with people. We like to work with local businesses but this is NOT it. If you’re Russian speaking and need a Russian pharmacy there are others in the area, but I would 100% stay away from this place until the owners hire employees that have people skills. The owner helped us transfer the antibiotic replacement to a different pharmacy, but overall such a disappointing experience that could’ve been avoided."
