Ruby Tuesday

"This location is absolutely AWFUL. To start off we weren’t greeted until after 10 minutes of being seated, the bartender was too busy having inappropriate conversations with guests at the bar. Next, the server had no serving skills. He messed up my order multiple times, to be quite honest none of the staff seemed to be trained correctly. After finally receiving the correct order 2 hours later, when we were finished eating multiple servers walked by our table multiple times and saw our finished plates and had no decency to remove the trash and finished plates from our table. Flies were flying all around our food.The cups were filthy, they had stains all over them. The food was dry and didn’t even look appealing, it’s like they didn’t even try to make the food look presentable on the plates. The server rarely came over to check up on us, we had to flag him down every time. The staff stood around having conversations instead of actually providing guests with efficient hospitality service. I literally couldn’t believe the service I received, we were in there for a total of three hours because the server messed up so many times and on top of that the restaurant wasn’t even crowded meanwhile it took our orders 45 minutes to come out? I will never be going back to this location, please save your time and money by not going here. Also, the restaurant had a strong smell it smelled like a dirty mop. Whoever the manager is clearly isn’t doing a great job, because your staff is a reflection of YOU."

"I visited in the late afternoon, just before the Happy Hour timeframe. The place was fairly empty - maybe 2-3 others at tables and 1 person at the bar. All of our food took a good minute to get to us and was served cold - including the coffee! Our Server, Jarvis, was friendly. The bill for Lunch for 2 was $65 (including Tip) without any alcohol drinks. It's going to be a while before I return."

"Horrible Food!! Don’t waste your money. I ordered baby back ribs and rib eye steak. The ribs were burnt and rubbery and watery. The steak was watery, no sear, seemed steamed. The rice that came with it was dry and inedible. The fries were ok. Food prices were unreasonably high. Meal for one person including tip was $43 for inedible food."

"Out of 5 online orders...NOT 1 was made in a reasonable time...food wise its not bad...blackened tilapia was good and tater tots and a couple other dishes are good, but trying to get the food is a work in itself smh ...location has went down hill over the years ..."

"Nice atmosphere, very quiet, nobody was in here when we arrived about 11:45am. Food was good. Only issue we had, Vodka Release Relax cocktail didn't have enough alcohol in it and I ordered top shelf. Then manager charged us $7 for a shot of vodka that should have already been in the drink. I hate when we our spend our money in restaurants and when you ask for a simple shot more of liquor they have the nerve to charge. He could have gave us a shot when we complained just to shut us up. But they rather give attitude. Won't be going back no time soon. That's All.!!!! We enjoyed the food. Drinks were TRASH!!!"
