"I have been going to this taco bell for the last 3 years and every time I order online to pick up from there they got something wrong every single time. Today as of 1/12/24 was the worst when they completely got the order wrong 3 times in a row. Their service sucks with bad attitudes. If you want taco bell do not go to this taco bell and go to a different one because it is not worth it. By the way this have ruined our whole day multiple times because of how bad they mess up your order."

"Everything was great! Friendly customer service but on the other hand I did go there specifically for the fries and to my disappointment they were cold. I have previously worked at Taco Bell I know there is only a certain time for food to be held and then it needs to be tossed.....m just hopefully next time I go there everything is fresh and hot. No one likes to have to turn around and go back to complain we all have our specific jobs for what reason....."

"Went tonight and ordered a few burritos and the grilled cheese fries. The ends of the burritos were cold.... And the fries, extremely disappointed. They gave us the big box made for the Mexican pizza, and so we thought it would be pretty big, but no it was less than half the size of the box! It was a singular layer of fries; it was probably like 10 fries in total. Very disappointed"

"What’s the point of asking what type of sauce we want if we order 20 tacos if you’re not going to give us the damn sauce to go with our tacos. This isn’t sometime it’s everytime. I even asked her to make sure and still no sauce"
