"OMG….Sooooo my lashes look so amazing! Natalie always does an amazing job! Not only is she warm, welcoming, and friendly but her technique is awesome and she’s soooo knowledgeable! "Second time here and second time all my lashes have come off in the first week. It’s been 10 days. Usually with my regular person, I don’t need a refill until after 3rd week. This is not it. Nice ladies but poor quality, this is the McDonald’s of lash extensions."

"Had my lashes done for the very first time on Monday of this week. Mary was my technician. She was wonderful! She talked to me about what I wanted and what would work best for me. She also explained things as we went along. I was nervous about how things would turn out, how I would look, and how I’d be able manage them, but the environment was calm and serene and Mary’s confidence instantly put me at ease. I was incredibly happy with the result and will plan to go back again! I even bought some foaming eye cleanser to maintain the lashes until they grow out! (Ignore my wide eyes lol!)"

"I wanted to like Amazing Lash Studio at Rio. I went there five times total and even bought a monthly membership. However, the first technician I had was on her phone the whole time and left me with clumpy, cement hard lashes that needed to be completely removed. Also, my lashes never lasted more than 10 days. I then tried a more expensive “master” technician who took three hours to put new lash extensions on and ended up burning my corneas from the adhesive she used. And eyelashes were falling out on my cheeks before I even left the room. The next day I ended up at urgent care, getting on prescriptions, and in a lot of pain and discomfort. Plus my eyes look horrible. All I received from the manager was they would cancel my future appointment and maybe I should try a lash lift instead.” No offer of refunding the lash service or a future service. Make sure when you sign the forms you’re prepared to have serious damage done to your eyes with no responsibility from the studio. I will never step foot in this place again. When you’re going to an establishment to obtain a professional service from “knowledgeable” people, you expect not to leave worse than you were when you arrived in more ways than one. Especially when you’re spending hundreds of dollars."

"WASTE OF MONEY! I’ve gone to this establishment 4 times and 3X the lashes gradually fell out within 3 days. I’ve been to the amazing lash studios in Fl and Ga and didn’t experience this problem. The one time I didn’t experience the issue was when they used a premium glue and sealant. Apparently it’s not the standard which is weird. I will fight to get my $115.00 back. Definitely not wasting another 2-3 hours for a cheap low standard service."
