"Dull atmosphere, that's one. Second things is inconsistency in serving. A guy was sitting there before me and he ordered chicken over rice in a to go container but he ate it there, I ordered chicken and lamb over rice and they put it on the plate. At a glance, you can tell the difference because my serving is relatively smaller than the one in the to go container. I've ordered here before through uber eats and it was good on portion, just make sure you order things to go because you'll get more. Also, it was supposed to come with Naan bread but the guy didn't bother to give me any. Overall, 3/5, would still order Togo food here for sure."

"Pictures of reviews from a year ago showed proper ceramic plates in use. When our food was served on paper plates you buy at Costco, our jaws dropped. When we asked for extra plates, they gave us the kiddie party flimsy paper plates, not even sturdy ones. We had to request they give us the better plates. The utensils kept bending and are cheap plastic, not even the good kinds. The food is underseasoned, with an unpleasant texture that made me think they were using old meat. The white sauce on the salad made us gag, it was repulsive. It tasted exactly like toothpaste and I had to audibly spit it out. Our stomachs are upset after eating only a few bites, making our appetite completely go away. We came here for our parents' marriage anniversary, and needless to say we are very disappointed. Also, no air conditioning or fans. At least the bathrooms are nice. I never felt the need to write a review before until this establishment due to the disappointing quality."

"Had a wonderful meal at Chopan. GREAT, FRIENDLY service, great prices, great portions. We ordered the chicken kabob and seasoned chicken platter. As of Nov. 2022 the menu prices have gone up by $2 per item fyi!"
