She creates an environment when doing hair, there’s no rush or lack of desire to do hair you can tel she really loves what she is doing and wants to do her best work. I can absolutely say that Janelle cares about her work the product she creates at each appointment. Even if it’s an appointment to just trim my hair I always come out looking and feeling my best. My recent appointment Janelle dyed my hair and I really appreciated they way she listened during our consultation to get exactly what I wanted down to the color and highlight placement. "I was literally speechless when Janelle was done with my hair. It was exactly what I wanted if not better! Prior to the haircut and styling she took her time to ask questions of what my daily routine for my hair was, what style and haircut I wanted, and gave her honest opinion on what she thought was best for my hair in regards of the style I chose. I was initially nervous to ask for bangs because many hairstylists leave the bangs short but she was meticulous with everything she did which I love and they came out perfect! I know she specializes in curly hair which I don't have, I have a combination of wavy/straight thick hair, but she still styled it beautifully. Janelle was so knowledgeable in what products to use for my hair type and how to best take care of it daily. She is so kind and funny, I had the best conversation during my appointment.
