McDonald's 1136 Annapolis Road, Odenton, MD 21113

"Made mobile order around 730 AM and chose curb pick up. Arrived 8 mins later. Upfated the app to say that i was there. Waited almost 20 minutes, and then the app changed and said that I hope I enjoy my food. I noticed while waiting that the Drive Thru was going fast and without issue. People ordering and continuing on with their life. Never received food and went inside. The employee i talked to mumbled something about the system being down, then made my order after I showed my digital receipt. Returning to my car, I noticed a customer who pulled in 5 mins after me that was waiting for her order. I went to her car and told her she'll have to go inside and pick up her order instead. She got out to go pick up her order and I left. This is the second time I've waited 20+ mins after ordering curb side pick up at this particular McDonald's. Never reviewed the first time I ordered from this location as i didn't think it was an issue then, but having it done a second time shows that they have an issue of delivering curbside orders."

"Worst McDonalds ever and I think its the manager but when I asked for sweet and sour he told me no bc I didn't order nuggets and everytime I dash here he is rude and unpleasant! And I asked for a water cup once to get water he said he doesn't give out water cups and the next day I picked up a dash there and he was giving ppl water cups and the bathrooms are nasty"

"I always get a number 5 when I go there for lunch and the food is always fresh. The customer service is great as well; the stylish lady at the counter is the best; asks you how your day is, shares a joke or two, then makes sure you get your food nice and quickly. My favorite location by far."

"Despite being my families go-to spot for a quick breakfast on hectic mornings, our recent visits to McDonald's have left disappointed. For the 5th time in a row, our breakfast orders were incorrect. The service is bare minimum; this morning, an employee handed over our order like a secret agent delivering classified documents—swift and without a word. Alas, three out of four breakfast sandwiches were culinary impostors, and my wait for a resolution felt longer than a morning commute. It seems like the drive-thru windows at McDonald's have a one-way ticket. Once they close, the chances of a comeback are as elusive as the correct breakfast order. Unless you're up for holding up the line as your own protest, it's a gamble that leaves customers wishing for a more responsive and accurate experience"

"Yeah. I can give them a 5 now. The last couple of months I have finally been going back. Something changed for the good. Food is hot, staff is nice now. We mainly go through the drive through"
