"I don't think that I will return to this salon. Upon my original booking, I was fairly new to the area and had been searching for a salon. On the day of my first appointment, the salon canceled- 10 minutes prior. I had already parked- minor price to park, but still paid parking for nothing, and was next door grabbing a coffee when I got the call. I walked next door to reschedule. Fortunately, another stylist had an opening later that day, so I scheduled with her. She was great, though pricey, and I scheduled another appointment with her for 4 weeks later. On the day prior to my appointment, I was called and told that my appointment was double booked with a regular customer's, so I was canceled. Despite my appointment being scheduled 4 weeks in advance... seemed a little sketchy to me. This put me in a real bind because I had a very important upcoming event and had no way of finding another salon on such short notice. I liked the stylist but my time is very important. I'm very disappointed with my experience with this salon and am very hesitant to try to schedule another appointment, just to be canceled again. I sent a message to the salon, but didn't get a reply. I don't think they cared that they let me down- twice."

"My experience was beyond poor - my blond hair turned out black at the roots and I had to return next day for a subpar fix - the Salon barely acknowledged the mistake and the distress they caused, to say nothing of a wasted vacation day to have to redo the color. The succeeding visit was awkward and the color was again a disappointment that had to be redone in my home city. The haircut also had an odd outcome and didn’t follow the lines of the existing cut or my part. They stylist kept tell ing me how experienced he was and I have much reason now to doubt his claims. A Refund was not offered and discussion about it was one sided and the salon was stubborn about their taking responsibility for the outcome. I was shocked by their stylist’s carelessness and management’s reluctance and unwillingness to do all they could to make me happy with their salon. It was an expensive mistake to book there and in the strongest terms I do not recommend it. If the manager cannot stand behind each stylist and commit to the service they promise, it is a poor business that deserves no one’s trust."

"Very unprofessional. We called in advance to explain what we wanted and to find out the price--flat iron for my daughter's African American (not super curly) hair. It was supposed to cost a bit over $100 for a wash and straighten. When we arrived, the stylist (a man) told us we should also get an additional treatment for something like $40 more. He said the price would be $150 total. I reluctantly agreed. When I went to pay after the appointment, they charged me $175, saying the stylist forgot to mention a $25 "long hair" fee. After we left, my daughter told me (1) she felt the stylist did not know how to handle her hair, was pulling hard on tangles, and complaining about her hair, (2) went out for coffee while she was waiting in the chair, (3) got his own hair cut while he was cutting her hair, and (4) it seemed like the stylist was rushing to get her done. I thought her hair looked nice but she was unhappy with the back. We will not return!!"

It was clear that they pay great attention to detail in catering to their clients' needs. One of the highlights was their website, which allowed me to book and browse through stylist profiles and choose Dina, who turned out to be an exceptional stylist. With a genuine passion for her craft, she listened attentively to my preferences, understood my desired look, and offered valuable insights. Throughout the entire styling process, her attention to detail and skillful technique were evident, and she effortlessly brought my vision to life. I will defiantly go back!"
