"The service was fast and friendly, and the food was served fresh and warm. The mushroom Swiss melt was tasty, but not at all represented by the menu picture. Next time, I will stick with the whopper or the original chicken sandwich."

"If I could give this Burger King a 0 stars I would. I just came from the drive through to place my order and the person was scoffing at me because she did not hear me. She then kept sighing, giving attitude when giving my order. She then spoke to her employees cussing saying can they hear. This is unacceptable. I should not have to hear people being disrespectful while on my lunch at work. If you do not like your job stop taking it out on your customer."

"On this day at this particular Burger King I first started out in the drive-thru the line was too long so I went inside the restaurant. I received no greeting from the manager whose name is Damien. I ordered my meal and requested no cheese, paid, and waited. While waiting for my food I asked where the sweet tea was and he pointed to the machine. He didn't acknowledge or ask if I could find it or needed any help. I asked for dipping sauces and he pointed to the placard behind the register stating thirty cents per sauce. Since I paid with my credit card I didn't want to waste time paying $0.30 for the sauce. I had to return back to the store because my Burger had two slabs of cheese on it and requested a refund after a slight argument with Damien. I feel as though being in the hospitality business these fast food restaurant employees need to be more hospitable then assuming you read all of the signs in the restaurant. Whatever happened to the customer's always right and having it your way at BK??? Not in the least bit of a hurry returning back to this restaurant."

"They are very obviously understaffed, the drive thru will take forever before it gets to you and it's just 3 cars in front. When you get to the window, you will see that there are only 3 people manning the whole store! Whoever owns this place needs to invest in people, pay good wages and you will have good employees. It has potential due to its location - the only BK within 5 mile radius in an area with high traffic."
