"They are definitely rude here. I usually get ombré. The ombré is done well but your nails will be noticeably different lengths. They also will come up or break the same day. They are excessively expensive and the quality is minimum. That coupled with the fact they are nasty is a horrible experience Update! Came today because I am desperate for a full set. King is so rude he really makes the value of the place go down! They all are rude but he is the worst! I’m so glad he was nasty as soon as I walked in and reminded me to save my money! I’ll never go back"

"I visited this nail salon hoping for a relaxing experience today but was met with quite the opposite. One of the staff members was notably rude, casting a shadow over the entire visit. Unfortunately, one person's behavior can significantly affect the overall ambiance. I expected better customer service. The person who did my manicure today was rude and did not check to see if my nails were as they typically do in the nail salon. I asked her to check twice, and she ignored me. I made sure to let her know that this was rude and unprofessional. The woman who typically does my pedicure and manicure and is very lovely to customers could only do the pedicure because the rude woman bossed her around and told her to do someone else's feet."

"Looking at the photos, you will realize the bad nail design that they did to me, even though I told them it was wrong, they did not know how to fix the bad job. I asked for a very simple design Look at these flowers and look at the edge of my nails."

"The worst customer service I've ever seen. The owner and his wife are so rude. The lady hurted me several times and instead of apologize she said I can go somewhere else next time and the rude man joint her to .fight me and my mom. I was wondering if I was still in US or somewhere in an Asian back village...And while fighting with Me the man was doing the Same to another customer asking her to go and get the service she was asking to somewhere else. I don't know who exactly these people think they are or where they are but definitely not in a US. Moreover she asked me to pay$ 65 for a deep powder and after starting she said because my nails are long I should pay $85 instead. Whit my real nails? who does that? And my nails look horrible and my fingers are painful. This business need to close I'm telling you and they will ... Worst customer service experience. Please avoid this place"

"My mom and sister went to have their nails done today. My mom’s nails never dried and the nail polish was smudging because the nail polish was old. They went back to have them repainted and one of the nail techs made a comment about older people in reference to my mother. I would not recommend this business to anyone and needless to say my family will not be doing business here!"
