"I've been frequenting O' Leary's for years and have never been disappointed in a meal. It's menu is full of amazing choices that are fairly priced, staff is always professional and attentive. Side note, it also bosts some Fantastic art work in and out!"
"One of if not the best fine dining in Annapolis. The atmosphere is perfect—cozy, inviting, high end but not stuffy, and sets the stage for an excellent meal. Service is always top notch, fantastic wine list and the food is consistently fabulous—and memorable! The rockfish is one of my all time favorite dishes! Have been several times and have never been disappointed. Great for work dinners, date nights or ladies night out. The owners and kitchen staff are also very nice and extremely talented. Highly recommend!"
"We reserved a table a few months before our travel date. The restaurant was lovely. Our server, Thomas, was knowledgeable, kind, patient and handsome. A truly skilled, professional server, who MADE this a fine dining experience. The food was good, but not first rate, the service, however, was first rate. The lobster was a bit over done and chewy as a result, the scallops were small as was the portion size. I made the reservation online based on what I read about it, I was disappointed overall. I was expecting a more dramatic view, or any view, and first class seafood. Th3 food and service didn’t meet expectations, but the service exceeded!"
"We had a mixed experience at O'Learys Seafood Restaurant. We tried a couple of appetizers, and while the Pupusas were a hit, the Crispy Buffalo Oysters missed the mark with the overwhelming Buffalo sauce. Additionally, one of us encountered a pearl hidden within an oyster, which could pose a risk to dental health if unexpected. Moving on to our entrees, the Wild Halibut was a standout dish, cooked to perfection and full of flavor. However, the King Salmon didn't quite meet our expectations in terms of flavor. The Ahi Tuna entree was a bit spicy but still enjoyable, while the Thai BBQ Mahi-Mahi was visually appealing but unfortunately lacked flavor. Our server, Johnny, was exceptional and provided attentive service throughout our meal. The restaurant had a charming ambiance, and Johnny's courteous, personable, and knowledgeable approach added to our experience. However, the culinary execution was inconsistent, and I advise exercising caution w hen ordering and relying on the server's recommendations."
"I wanted to really like O'Learys Seafood but it started with the seats for me. We are not the skinny people and the booth they set us at was very limiting. I didn't like it. The Menu is very limited. What I thought was odd is that everything was fried in the same grease???? Crabs, vegetables, and some people are allergic to crabs so they couldn't enjoy fried green tomatoes. The entree some didn't come with a starch and a vegetable which I don't understand. Most upscale restaurants have entrees with at least a starch and vegetables. I wasn't a fan of any of the cocktails on the list which I tasted 3 of them. I just had a glass of Chardonnay. My first entree I had to send back because the food was not hot and grease was sitting on my fish. The second one I had a whole fish. It was pan seared, one side was not all the way done. I was not happy but I did not send it back. It had a sauce of tomato and olives but no vegetables and starch. The best things were the warm bread. The dessert pudding and the coffee. Change how you cook vegetables options. And one biggie was the women's restroom, it was only one stall....can you believe that... A resturant like this with one ladies stall. Give some small salads if you have no vegetables like the bread. This place was expensive for what you get. I like my sauce on the side of my calamari."
