"This place is amazing! The food. The vibe. The staff. The cocktails. It all rocks! You won’t be disappointed. I loved every bite of food. The cocktails were created with detail, outstanding taste, just perfection in a glass. A place that you need to visit for eats and drinks very soon."
"We held a rehearsal dinner here and it could not have been received better! Planning it from across the country was scary, but Eric made it easy and walked us through the whole process with a positive attitude and great advice when we asked. The food was absolutely delicious, from the salmon to the ribs to the brussels sprouts to the "famous" fries to the cheesecake. The sliders for appetizers were a huge hit. Wait staff was professional, accommodating and so easy to work with. Easily the "best" decision was choosing Level to host our son and his bride's rehearsal dinner. A very happy Mom of the Groom here!!!"
"I might be entering my Level Era. Everything we had was just great. From the cheese plate- which is thoughtfully paired with seasonal accompanying snacks/spreads- to the side of fries, we didn’t regret a single order. Highly recommend trying the specialty cocktail menu too. Will be back."
"3 diners, 6 small plates, 2 of us had drinks. It was good, not great, but good. Portion size was appropriate. 3 sea scallops nicely seared on the sea scallops plate-- very good. The cauliflower steak was seared with cajun spices. Taste was good, but cauliflower was undercooked. The red beans and rice underneath cauliflower was delicious. Food came out when it was ready and at a good speed. Server was no where to be seen towards the end of the meal. We had to go find them. Management staff was excellent and responsive when there was a concern that we didn't like something. The labeling on gluten free was labeled "gluten sensitive". Both our party and the nearest other party had to ask what that meant. We appreciated the variety of choices for gluten intolerant persons, but the labeling might need to either be tweaked or defined on the menu."
"Went to Level for a birthday celebration. Most of the food was good. However, the fish (special) was over cooked, they were out of bread pudding, didn’t have all of the ingredients for one of their specialty drinks, and duck preparation was underwhelming. They also charged us for a plate that we never received (was corrected). The biggest disappointment, however, was when the severs came out with a birthday candle attached to an EMPTY plate. Literally nothing on it but a single candle. This was very strange. We didn’t have our desserts yet so we sang happy birthday to the birthday girl with a candle and empty plate. We had spent nearly $400 for the meal and they can’t put a scoop of ice cream on the plate? Not a smart business practice. The food disappointments were one thing, but the empty plate situation takes the cake. I won’t be going back."
