"First time I went here they messed up scheduling and didn't have someone to do my hair. Waited 45 min for a stylist to show up. Went back 6 weeks later for more highlights, 30 minutes in I realized it was extremely hot (it was August and I was 37 weeks pregnant) they told me the AC was broken, I literally already had color in my hair. Then they proceeded to charge me for full highlights instead of the partial I booked (mind you I had partial done 6 weeks prior so why did I need full?) avoid this place at all cost"
