"Excellent customer service! As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a warm welcome and smile from Da’mone and he made my sandwich as well. He did a great job, listening carefully to my instructions while also being considerate of cleanliness. The atmosphere was amazing and honestly felt like home! I loved the way everyone worked well with each other and how they all were very customer attentive. Zae and Sammy were amazing as well, Zae made sure that while my sandwich was being made that I was all checked out to ensure speedy service. Sammy helped ensure cleanliness in the store overall and was great with respectfully instructing employees to help out in the cleaning process. My sandwich was bomb too ! Thank you guys :)"

"Walked into the business and was greater immediately as I did, they were working on several orders already but never missed a beat as they took my order while they did. They asked me if I was a rewards member at the register, the young gentleman was polite and courteous. The interior of the store was clean and so was the men’s bathroom. Do to the employees not having name tags it is impossible to name these two employees I was impressed with . I ordered the the 17 ( cheese steak) regular, a sweat tea in a bottle and a bag of smokehouse bbq chips. Price came to 14 dollars. The sub was great however wish they had cut it in half for easier use,"

"I've always gotten GREAT service and GREAT food, every time I've been here. Why its only got 4 stars (vs 5) is a mystery to me. Giant 13 Mike's way (pickles instead of tomatoes). I take it home and my cats always want a bite! Can't ask for better!"

"Fast service, tastes on par with any other jersey mikes. Staff was very personable and funny. Food was “made with love” as they say lol. I dined in and watched them make every customer laugh at least once before leaving."

"Horrible!! They hire high school kids who don’t care about your food. They didn’t give me my 2nd order and when I complained the black girl purposely made my sandwich look bad and sloppy. I waited 30 mins for my cheese steak sub and it was disgusting. I will be calling their manager to let them know about this. Waste of money go to another location"
