"Make sure you read the receipt! They will rip you off! you’re allowed 2 side dishes, I requested rice and green beans. I was charged $1.19 was not advised there was a charge. There is no signage saying that green beans are not included in the sides. It was not until I got to the table that I realized this when I return to the cashier, she told me there’s an extra charge and she would not give me a refund. I told her I’d give her back her green beans. She still refused to give me refund. I asked her where is my extra side I refuse to leave until I got my refund since it was the weekend before Christmas she eventually gave in. I don’t think she would have if they weren’t so busy."

"An already overpriced lunch with an added expense. I ordered the blackened chicken with 2 sides. Since I don't eat rice or noodles, I asked for mixed vegetables and green beans. A $9.39 combo meal wound up costing $11.11, because they charged extra for the green beans. The sign clearly states chicken with 2 sides, if 1 of the sides has to be rice or noodles, they need to say that."

"Foods were on average taste. Service was so bad. The lady kept asking me if it's a fish or shrimp. I kept telling shrimp then she scooped the fish. I pointed to the shrimp on the glass counter and another guy yelled at me saying heeeeyyy. They were so rude, which validates other reviews. TO THE MANAGER AND OWNER, PLEASE DO SOME SERVICE PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT TO YOUR CREWS or customers will just be a one time buyer of your food."
