"This was the tackiest most ghetto experience I've EVER had and I'm glad I decided to leave and take my family somewhere else. I did not get the waitress name but they obviously hire mental health patients at this restaurant because she apparently missed her medication this evening. I just left here 1/27/24 8pm and this waitress decided it was appropriate to argue with me and refuse to serve me after I pointed out the online menu gave children's options as opposed to the paper menu and did not want to be charged for an adult drink for my nine year old when prior to the children's options weren't offered and I wasn't aware they had one. The level of comfortability in her choice to be disrespectful is unbelievable. She accused me of having an attitude when the only conversation we had was ordering drinks. I guess her seeing someone happy and at peace triggered her misery. This place must be down bad for a waitress to be upset over a drink and that explains the number of empty seats. She could have simply brought out a kids drink. Now you all lost a tab and she lost a tip because she decided to be emotional instead of accommodating. I shared this with the manager who sadly did not seem surprised or concerned. Hopefully this gets addressed appropriately, the waitress gets treatment and customer service improves."
"Note I think they may be closed I am rooting for them to get it together. The mall needs restaurants especially the ones open later. So in late Dec were like actively try not to seat people. You can look at other reviews. When we went the person who eventually came to the host stand said that there were no tables but the place was pretty empty and said there was no seating at the bar, there was. Before we walked in I could see through to the bar and that there were seats and I walked over to the bar and said they're seating and she said that the people had just left. When she wasn't going to let us sit I did ask if a manager was around and she said she was the manager and eventually gave in on letting us sit at the bar I mean it's not a very big bar. Ididn't want to be a manager type of person but when we got there it looked like it was seat yourself because No one was at the stand it was just two people hanging out in a booth and one of them came out and was We don't have any tables and when you ask the wait they said we just don't have any tables and it was weird. And then the bar thing was weird and I felt like they just didn't want to serve us. This was in December the week before Christmas in the evening. The bartender was very nice though and he definitely tried his best. So I thought if I ever go back it'll be to sit at the bar and won't even deal with the hostess or manager or whoever that person was but it's very apparent that they don't want people there. Like they were definitely actively trying to avoid having to serve people. They seem to be turning people away. The food was decent What you would expect from a chain so I don't know why. Fast forward to last night went to the mall and noticed the restaurant dark and a sign that they were closed and they have a notice saying closed for maintenance until further notice Google doesn't say they're still closed. It says they're open (was curious) I honestly wondered if the reviews would give them insight if to we are the only ones to have this experience and maybe they went downhill and that's why they were closed down. So I'm questioning what kind of maintenance if they mean maintenance on the restaurant or maintenance with management and staffing. Maybe getting their act together. Because if you look at the reviews it seems to be a similar experience that a lot of people had and seems like other people had a worse one so hopefully they get their act together Because it's a great location the mall needs a place open at that time the mall needs restaurants. People like Buffalo wild wings it would just be a shame if it closed down I think they would have the customers if they had the proper service and management Like I think that's the issue I don't think the issue is a lack of customers I think that they've been detouring people if you look at the reviews. So I hope they get it together and I wish that bartender luck because He did his best and it seemed the kitchen staff did as well Again I hope to see them up and running properly for the sake of the mall and the bartenders and kitchen staff job."
"Wings are good. I don’t like how my sister and I was waiting for a table for quite some time. During BOGO Tuesday there were only certain tables you could sit at because there were signs on about half of the tables basically saying you can’t sit there. The bar was also full. My waitress was sweet."
"If I could give them a negative score I would. Attempted to eat here on a Sunday before Xmas with my family. Arrived there at approximately noon. The hostess was someone who wasn’t capable of interacting with people. Asked to be seated for 5 people. Was told that they didn’t have a table for that many people. She mumbled something about sitting at the bar area. I said that’s fine and headed towards the bar. She told be I had to be seated. I asked if we could sit and one of the many empty tables(the restaurant was empty minus a handful of folks at the bar) in the restaurant. She stated we couldn’t. She couldn’t give me a timeline on how long it would take to seat us. I asked her to go find out and she came back with her manager (Really? Too difficult to answer a simple question?). He told me that everybody seated was watching football (I asked what this had to do with me) and he stated that he didn’t know how long it would be to get us seated. Dude, your restaurant is empty. I said never mind and we went to another local restaurant. Do yourself a favor and save your time. Just go somewhere else and don’t bother wasting your time or money on this establishment. If they can turn away customers because they can only focus on a handful of people “watching football”, they probably shouldn’t be in business."
"I suggest going during Happy Hour. You can get some pretty good deals on shots, cocktails and appetizers. I recommend the Salsa & Chips and the French Fries with Salt & Vinegar seasoning. So good. The new Bourbon Glazed BBQ Wings have a great flavor. I do prefer my wings fried harder and then drenched in the sauce, so they won’t be so soggy. I had great service from Marcia. She was so friendly, attentive and nice."
