Then they refused to use my gift card for no reason and then charged me (without telling me) for swapping an item (which was free on the kiosk) and when I brought it back they refused to refund me. You also need a code to use the bathroom which is ridiculous (this isn’t time square). Overall some of the worst customer service I have ever seen."

Little did I know that this would turn out to be a colossal waste of both my time and money. Let's start with the main issue: the quality of the food. When my order arrived only 20 minutes after I placed the order, I was horrified to discover that everything was stone-cold. It's unacceptable to serve customers food that is so clearly unappetizing and clearly lacking any semblance of freshness. To add insult to injury, Taco Bell managed to forget one of the key components of the Cravings Box—the Beefy 5-Layer Burrito. Not only was the food of low quality, but they couldn't even get the order right. It's beyond frustrating to pay for a specific meal and receive a fraction of what was promised. I was left feeling cheated and disappointed. This entire experience was a letdown, and I would strongly advise against eating at this Taco Bell. Their lack of attention to detail, quality control, and basic customer satisfaction is disheartening. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment by opting for a different fast food option that values their customers' experience and takes pride in providing quality food. Taco Bell on West St in Annapolis, it's time to step up your game and take responsibility for the poor quality of your food. Customers should be able to expect a consistent and enjoyable experience regardless of how they choose to dine. Sadly, my encounter with Taco Bell has left me with a sour taste in my mouth and a desire to never order from this location again. I'd much rather travel 15 minutes away to the Taco Bell in Edgewater next time."

"seriously worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. I wish corporate would start from scratch with this location, maybe one employee is nice here and I don’t even think she works there anymore. We come here all the time because it’s the closest location and we have never had our order given to us correctly. Just went through tonight and got a nacho fries box and they dumped our fries face down in the bag, then instead of the two regular soft shell tacos we ordered with the box they gave us a taco with a handful of Jalapeños a piece of steak and a dust of lettuce and cheese. And we couldn’t even go to get it fixed because they never gave us a receipt."
