"The technician removed the outer third of my right eyebrow. Gone! Like a baby's bottom. After doing so, I was transferred to the eyebrow tinting technician... which itself was another waste because there was no eyebrow hair for tinting to hold onto. I understand mistakes can happen. My eyebrows were super thin before, and I've been applying eyebrow growth serum for 6 months to get them to the point where they can now we shaped. But if there'd been a mishap, then I should have been told so that I could avoid the extra charge for tinting on partially hairless eyebrows. I am back to square one -- maybe I'll have eyebrows by the spring."

"My eyebrows look SO good hunny! I AM SO PLEASED! Kabita did an amazing job and they look super clean. She followed my brow tattoo precisely and kept my brows as thick as she could. The staff greeted me warmly and invited me to test out a little area first and then I could decide if I wanted to continue because I was new. The pain was very tolerable and it only took about 8mins. She ASKED if I wanted them trimmed and if I wanted rose water after too. I appreciated that she asked first. If I had time I would have gotten a lash lift too. I will definitely be going back."
