Walgreens Pharmacy

"Pharmacy people work hard and are nice but are obviously under-staffed. I was there for one hour for a Covid appointment and shot."

"The pharmacy is absolutely terrible. The pharmacy staff is nice, but every single time I have used this pharmacy there is an issue. 1.) They have “lost or never received” EVERY single one of my prescriptions or my families. These prescriptions have been sent by different doctors both electronically and called in, and yet somehow all prescriptions were lost, or never received 2.) When calling the pharmacy, you will be placed on hold for at least 20mins each time 3.) when you try to use their drive-through option be prepared to wait at an empty window for at least 20 minutes. 4.) when they finally receive your prescription and you go to pick it up, you find out that medication is out of stock. And it won’t be ready for 2-3 days. Meanwhile it’s your child’s time sensitive medication. And of course, no one from the pharmacy would notify you. It’s actually a complete disgrace."

"Im very sick went in for Mucinex d its behind the counter so i waited 10 min in line to find out they have many I can't get any bacause the pharmacist went on break I have to wait an hour for her to come back there was no sign nothing to warn me she said she's very sorry smirk on her face they don't care about their customers or anything else I will never come there again"

"The pharmacist is horrible. She sounds nice but purposely makes me wait all day for my prescriptions. Every single month. Normally a prescription that is called the day before would be ready first thing the next day but nope, she lets mine sit. On purpose. Horrible human being. No other pharmacy has ever done this ever. She knows exactly who I am when I call. It is ridiculous and I will be changing pharmacies since this woman has it out for me. Shame bc everyone else is really nice. I will be filing a complaint with Walgreens as well about her because it is simply not right to do this to ur customers."

"The Manager righted a wrong done by another store she was professional and courteous.. she is an asset to the Walgreen name. Thank you"
