"This is everything you could possibly want from a local pub. It's also aptly named as Heros, because the decor in honor of a variety of service members (civic and otherwise) is beautiful - not too kitschy and does make the average civilian stop and just feel appreciation for sacrifices big and small. Besides that though (and this is far from our first visit): the food, drinks and service are always top notch. It gets crowded at times for sure but the mix of young and old, prim & proper and casual, male and female is awesome and makes for a family "come as you are" kinda vibe. Delectable Bloody Marys (made to order without mix in sight), chili, wings, sandwiches and this time special of the day steak quesadilla were all made with care and just felt fresh and right. This place is always well visited and doesn't need a whole lot of advertising. But I'd like to thank and appreciate the staff in front and back of house for delivering a satisfying, engaging, comfy experience every single time. You're great! Thank you!"

"Very cool bar/restaurant. You have to know where you are going to find it. Lots of police and firemen memorabilia on the walls. There are a couple of dart boards and ~ 5 TVs. Clean with plenty of tables, however, we sat at the bar. Service was excellent with a very large beer selection. They do have a Happy Hour from 3 pm – 6 pm. I think it was $1 off drafts with a few starters on the HH menu. No problem with parking. Good vibes in the bar area. Bartender was friendly and very knowledgeable regarding the beer selections. The one negative is that there is no military discount. Enjoyable time … looking forward to my next time there."

"My husband works in the area and he always heard how great the burgers were so he took me here on a date night (Saturday) for burgers. We live around 40 minutes away but he had a taste for a burgers so wanted to check it out. When we arrived, it was packed. We expected this because it was a Saturday evening (6ish). We were told that there would be about a 15 minute wait. We were perfectly fine with this. My husband grabbed a beer from the bar and we waited for our table. I felt really bad for standing by the door because a couple was sitting at a high table right at the door and I felt like I was in their private space. There was no other place to stand in the restaurant. Perhaps a bench/seating area outside would be better because the weather was great. We were seated about 15 minutes as previously said. My husband ordered cheesy tater tots and fried clams as a appetizer. The clams were fried way too hard. Now grant it, this is a pub so I don't expect Ruth Chris level food but I don't think they should sell clams if it's not at least decent. Long John Silver's clams are better. We ordered 2 cheeseburgers, they were just okay for us. Kristy was our server, she was nice however provided really slow service and lack of follow up. Someone else delivered our food and she never came back to see if we needed anything in which we did (ketchup). The environment seemed to have a lot of locals/regular customers. So it seemed pretty welcoming if you live in the neighborhood."
