"Waited an hour for food when we went to ask the workers about it they just said "in a sec". Then the fire alarm started going off like they caused a fire to put me off even more?? They would just never get to me never seen worse service in my 39 years of being a homosapien idek how these "humans" have a salary for being lazy and sitting around."
"No espresso on a Monday morning is unacceptable. Basic breakfast order and they make me pull up to the 2nd window and wait for 10 min. What a joke"
"Terrible... the worst McDonald's ever! Used the self ordering system with table number. Still had to get my food and ask for drinks (deer in headlights look? When I asked for my drink cups, BTW were to be brought to our table. Now for the life safety issues on 11/4/2023: Both sidewalks were brought pleasure washed with a lot of water migrating in the the foyers (actually puddling, front and parking lot side) with no attempt to clean or remove the water. The wet sign stanchions were actually in the way and forced you to step into the water. Fire alarm annunciation panel was going off every 10~12 seconds. No employees cared or bothered with it. The p el was showing that a smoke detector was in "trouble," not a supervisor state that triggers an alarm. Moreover if that alarm needed to activate, it wouldn't. Store needs a new manager!!!"
"Ordered a Halloween pail happy meal and it wasn't until we picked up our food were we told that they didn't have anymore. Also, didn't get the nugget sauce we requested. Service was slow. We don't eat fast food much but I was super excited to get my son the Halloween happy meal, only it be disappointed. Food was hot and fresh, though."
"Awful. No counter service, the self order kiosk didn't have receipt paper so that slowed the fast food experience. I paid $1.26 for a bag of apple slices and it had only 2 slices....not 2 apples, but 2 apples slices. $0.63 for a single apple slice... really McDonald's???? The only saving grace for this location was the one worker who helped me was very sweet."
