"Just wow, finally had this burger at a local brewery and was shocked at how awesome it was. Definitely right choice to pick the double and go with the default build. I'm not a fan of raw onions and these worked well with everything else. No pictures, all 4 of us gobbled these bad boys down!"

"Hunter is an awesome guy running this business, really cares about what he does. Remembers his regulars regardless of where he's set up that day. I didn't catch the name of the guy running the order taking side, but he's super friendly even when there's a rush. Keep in mind they're on a mission for a "pure" burger in the most basic sense; focusing on the meat, while having the other elements as accentuating notes. You're getting a bun, cheese, onions, pickles, and Steeze Sauce (similar to most burger sauces emulating the one from the Golden Arches). He wants the beef to shine through so the patty is just as is, no seasonings, and it stands up alone on his seven cut blend. If they're busy, you won't be able to request any customizations based on the flow of his prep line. However, if you can manage it, skip the Steeze sauce for the best showcase of his beef blend. It's a solid 8.5/10 burger, with maybe a tiny bit of accentuated sweetness from the onion and could use a touch of salt, but those are extremely minor tasting notes. I will mention that the drink and side options are very limited (canned soda and bagged Utz), but you won't even care, great people and great food makes it worth it. Check it out at one of their pop up locations, their schedule is listed on their website, and you'll have a burger not quite like anything else around here."
