"I have been going to haircuttery for 20+ years, with my schedule I don't want to schedule an appointment that I may not be able to make at the last min. I prefer to stop by and if the wait isn't too long I will wait. Now I find they will not take walk-ins. I went in several times and all the chairs were empty but they would not take me unless I had an appointment. I won't go back, that doesn't work for me"

"Vinh was my stylist for years .. the nicest guy and a great stylist. Horrible to hear he and Jimmy both are gone. I hope they pursue discrimination treatment if that's whats best for them. I will not be supporting a business that treats their employees this way."

"Today I logged online to book my normal 6 week appointment with Jimmy and I thought it was odd that he was not in the list of stylists to select from. Like another reviewer mentioned I too have been getting my haircut by Jimmy for many years. I’ll be looking for another salon too. This hair cuttery should have realized that when you find a good stylist you tend to stick with them for a reason."

"I left a 5-star review on Yelp for this store back in August 2020. Here is the 1-star review I just left there as an "update": I followed Vinh from the Hair Cuttery across town to this one after the old one closed due to the pandemic, because he always – ALWAYS – gives me a great cut. Unlike any other stylist I've had, it consistently grows out perfectly. In addition, he's one of the kindest, nicest guys you'll meet; has always taken great care to accommodate me as a customer; and does all manner of extra, little things when he has the time that keep me as a solid return-customer. I don't want anyone else touching my hair, because it's very thick, and no one has been able to manage it as he does. So why is this a 1-star review? I heard on good authority that Vinh was FIRED by a new store manager and can think of no possible way he could have brought that on himself. If he isn't rehired, that will be the last time I ever set foot in ANY Hair Cuttery again."

"My wife’s been going to Suzy for many years, where ever Suzy’s gone my wife has followed her. My wife being fastidious and love Suzy for her style. Last week, my wife, daughter-in-law, and granddaughter, they all got their hair cut, everything was perfect and all of them looked good. Place is clean and they’re all professional."
