"Fries were old and overcooked. I called to complain and the cashier said they were like that because they were organic. We eat a lot of organic food everyday and I know you could cook them without burning them. She said she will replace them if I bring them tomorrow because it is late now. I already threw them in the trash. I told her so. She said she would only replace them if I bring them back. I told her they are already in the trash."

"I usually go with my family to this wing restaurant in Aspen Hill In my opinion, the staff is not focused on their work. It's not the same time they make a mistake on my order. On this occasion I attended with my family there was a long wait, understandably on a weekend, so after the long wait of about 45 minutes I was finally called, my order had been packed to take home which did not feel good after the long wait. My family is waiting hungry. I decided to take it home to surprise, my order was missing. My mistake was not checking at the restaurant. I decided not to return 25 minutes from my place of residence That said, I advise you to check your order before leaving the restaurant and make sure that the staff takes your order seriously I will think about returning"

"I was told my food would take 20 min when I walked in. It was cool, I just wanted to try their chicken sandwich. I got my food 37 min later because I didn't hear them call out my name. That was all fine, the employee even gave me some free food. Now for the food. The bun was not soft and that was the extent of my bad experience. The chicken was still hot & tasty, as well as the fries. Who really gets fries wrong? I'd go back."

"Ordered flavored boneless wings through Uber eats like I usually do. The wings had no sauce at all on most of them and were disgusting . I paid for inedible food and want my money back. This is the first time I have an issue with you as I am a regular and always enjoy your food. Not sure what went wrong, but it needs to be addressed. I attached a picture that shows the extent of damage and that this isn’t a try to get over on you situation. I’d prefer an in-house resolution than disputing the charge, but I will get my money back regardless. Question is whether I remain a customer or not."
