"The atmosphere is inviting and cozy. I went as they were changing shifts so the service was a little off. I liked that the bartender checked on you but did not push more drinks. The best part about this place is their honesty and going above and beyond their job. I left my cellphone there, they had my phone at my departing gate before I even realized I was missing my phone! I appreciate all of their hard work and thank you for returning my iPhone! I will be back, I wish I knew the bartender’s name but I was there the 25th of January 2024 between one and one forty five. Thanks again!"

"We recently spent two hours at the BWI airport waiting for a Delta flight to Atlanta. We decided to eat dinner and walked into La Cocina Mexicana in Concourse D across from our gate. As we stood in line waiting to be seated for almost fifteen minutes, multiple people walked out, saying they had waited long periods after being seated and never got a menu or water. They decided to leave and find another option. After almost 15 minutes, we were the only people in line as others had walked away and we finally were seated. After 35 minutes we had not seen a waitress or server and had not received a menu. We decided to leave and found a great place next door in the terminal that offered great service. If they did not have any staff they should have closed. Nobody at any of the tables had drinks or food during the time we were there, which totaled 50 minutes. I would not ever go back to this venue."

"I don't know what the other reviews are talking about. Our plans had to return to the gate due to mechanical issues. We stopped in because we were starving and there was no wait. My 8 yr old and I shared a massive nachos. It was filling, well seasoned, and cheesy. The sour and guacamole were not additional charge. Our server was kind and fast! She knew we were in a hurry and was really kind. The food was hot and fresh. I would recommend if you have the time to dine. Cheers!"

"Excellent service but rather bizarre that they only had 2 bottles of beer in the fridge! Very tasty and large portions. Obviously overpriced as it's an airport! Friendly staff, very good for an airport."
