"I strongly advise against visiting or ordering online from the Kensington location of Five Guys. The food quality and safety standards are seriously lacking, and the management team consistently dismisses customer concerns. This has led to a very negative experience, in stark contrast to the positive experiences I’ve had at other locations of the same chain."
"I'm not going to lie. This is probably my 2nd favorite restaurant to go to. The food is really good and like any other restaurants, their small fries are enough to feed 3 people! The orders are fairly quick, and I have always loved how you can get free peanuts whenever and how many you please to get. The only con I have is that their burgers are pretty expensive... to get 2 burgers and small or regular fries, it's like 20 bucks. Otherwise, everything else is great!"
"Convenient location. Definitely have sufficient staff to allow the location to run quickly and efficiently. Staff actually seems to care about their restaurant. Very clean and well kept. As always, the small French fry is enough to feed 3 people easily. If you're looking for a burger and fries in Kensington, this restaurant is a very good choice."
