"DO NOT USE THIS FISHTOWN LOCATION. They are unprofessional, rude, understaffed and overworked. They never ever answer the phone for customers or physicians/hospitals. Pick another pharmacy, you’ll be better off."

"CVS must screen to get only the nicest people to work here. I have never met more accommodating staff to assist me anywhere. Even though I have insurance I usually find the GoodRx is cheaper which requires me to go to the Drop Off window for a price adjustment. Not once has anyone there given me a hard time, batted an eye, or in any way seem perturbed about having to take this extra step after the medication was ready for check out. I’m fact, some even looked at the other discount cards to see if I could save more money using them. I really appreciate the time they take by doing these extra steps. Every bit of savings helps and to see them do it with a smile is so gratifying and appreciated."

"Horrible location!!! On five different occasions my prescriptions were not ready and when they were finally ready they gave me the wrong prescription. They also tried billing my old military tricare plan which I no longer have. Do yourself a favor, if you’re in the Fishtown are go to Fishtown Pharmacy on Frankford Ave, they actually care and know what they’re doing!!!!"

"Rewards program is great. I don't particularly care for the employees at the front counter in this store, they always seem miserable and hate when they have to ring you up. But the store itself always has a great selection of things and the coupons I aquire help along the way."
