"I ordered delivery from this location. The delivery driver took over an hour to get here, it’s about 15 mins from my house. DoorDash offered me a 15% refund. Cool. They finally get here with my cold food and my 2 plate specials have maybe 4-5 pieces of orange chicken. I was missing 2 of my second entrees. I called back and they offered me 50% off. However, it has taken me 3 call backs over the past few weeks to even get anywhere with that. They eventually refunded me $10 on a $41order. I’m done with them. DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION!"

"830pm on Tuesday. Got a bigger plate and the servings were maybe half of what they should have been. Asked Brian the "manager" to make it right. He only had to say that they train the staff to portion it correctly. That was it. He did not even want to look at the tray of food. Absurd poor service. I usually go during the daytime and always get the right portions. Someone needs retrained starting with Brian and the evening staff. To top it off, the food was barely warm. Likely to fail a food safety inspection. If this happens again, I will tell them to keep it and refund my money."

"2nd time that I got food poisoning from the shrimp. It’s not worth it for me to have an upset stomach and diarrhea for days after. Matter of fact i’m on the toilet rn writing this. Won’t be back. They also don’t serve the correct portions. I’ll get the plate, double entree of shrimp & will only have about 6-7 shrimp. Not to mention the service is hella slow & unorganized."

"Oh no no no this food is NASTY!!! The rice was hard like it was days old. Burnt. lo mein was nothing great. The chicken terryaki came with the sauce of the side? And just tasted off. I’ve had this before at another location and the sauce came smothered on the chicken and it was delicious. The “beef and broccoli” had these sad scraps of “beef” that had no flavor at all. The star is for the very kind customer service I received when I picked up my to go order. But that’s it. And I’ve been here before about a year ago and had terrible food and terrible customer service. This was me giving it another shot and at least the employees were nice this time."
