"DO NOT GO HERE! ZERO STARS. I only picked one star because I had to! Abusive staff. They are very close to my home, so even though I have found the management to be repeatedly less than kind, I continued to go. But today was the end. The management is the WORST and treats customers so badly. I had an issue due to my an item of mine being damaged by their faulty equipment. One manager agreed to refund me (under $10) and then when the next manager arrived, she absolutely mocked me for expecting my belongings not to be damaged by their equipment. She said, "Why you expect me to be responsible for your things?" When I told her the other manager had already told me they would pay for the item - they both proceeded to scream across the crowded salon back and forth to and about me. When I asked if this could be handled kindly and professionally, it did not work. Next, other customers got involved and management allowed me to be truly harassed for their MISTAKE. I left in tears due to this unnecessarily and unprofessional situation. I was so unnerved that my husband went back in my defense to let them know how they had just lost over $1000 a year in business and and how unacceptable their treatment had been. It is really so hard to just be nice?"

"Great location; safe with easy parking. The facility itself is gorgeous, relaxing and exceptionally clean (well run). A few weeks ago, several friends and I decided to treat ourselves to a manicure and pedicure. We were all very pleased with the outcome. Just a note, I had a rather unpleasant tech. She was angry, rushed and did not speak. During the manicure portion, she was rough with my hands. Literally. After finishing, she slammed drawers and turned off the lights at her station (I was still sitting there). Rather odd experience and my friends did notice, as well. I did not say anything to the tech or management because my 95 year old mother was present. The techs that my friends and mother partnered with were all friendly, sweet and very competent. It’s worth a try but I won’t be returning."

"I came in for a pedicure and manicure based on one reviews and they did not disappoint! I just left there. I am so relaxed and pleased with my pedicure. Tom did my pedicure and basic manicure for me. He had a great attention to detail, he anticipated my preferences, even though it was my first time there, and he anticipated them correctly, in terms of trimming cuticles and ingrowns, etc., Tom did a great job. He was very accommodating provided wonderful service and I can’t wait to return my feet feel amazing! The massage chairs were also very effective, my neck and back feel great!"

"I went 1st time. I asked for dipping nail. She did good job but I see lots of space on Nail between color and skin. Specially on thumbnail and middle finger. I told her but she just put one coat for purple and she done. They charge you for full service but they don't give you. I think you guys need to listen to customer and work on more detailing as well !!"
