"Worst food ever had in Maryland. Ordered chicken and onion pakora. Chicken - tasted as if it was cooked the previous day and heated. Was already broken to pieces Onion pakora - same as chicken but the flour on pakora was not even half cooked."
"A decent, usual Indian restaurant- both south and North Indian type dishes available. The tea was excellent- typical Indian masala Tea with milk, with a hint of saffron and cardamom. The hot tea in chilly weather was just perfect. We got a masala dosa which was served with sambar and two types of chutneys. The white chutney (it was not made with coconut, I believe) was very subtle on palette and comforting. It reminded me my childhood soda experience back in India ( Kolkata). The Dosa, tomato chutney and the sambar were decent too. I ordered some chicken Hakka noodles and chilli chicken. The noodles were too good with a Smokey aroma coming from the seasoned wok. The chilli chicken was not actually chilli chicken ( usually chilli chicken should be blackish from dark soy sauce) , however the crispy spicy red coloured chicken was good though. Overall, a pretty decent place. The place was quite packed and the service was decent too."
"Hands down the BEST authentic Indian food in Montgomery County. So many vegan options. Courteous staff. The owner is one of the nicest restaurant owners I have ever met. Their vegan desserts are delicious!! Highly recommended"
"Authentic and best dosas in the area. Great selection of north and south Indian dishes. Portion sizes are generous whether you're having chaat for tea time or want a real meal. The tea is on point as well - so delicious and not too sweet. Make sure to get the uttappam if you have room. Parking is free and fairly easy to find a space. They also have a few outdoor tables for when the weather is pleasant."
"⭐⭐☆☆☆ My recent visit to this Indian restaurant left me with mixed feelings. The establishment's unique layout, featuring a bakery at the entrance and the dining area next door, initially piqued my interest. Eager to explore their offerings, I ordered two dishes: the Veg Hakka noodles and the parotha taco. Starting with the parotha taco, I was taken aback by its size considering the $15 price tag. It appeared disappointingly small, particularly when considering that each individual taco costs $5. The value for money here left much to be desired, as I was expecting a heartier portion. As for the Veg Hakka noodles, I was looking forward to a satisfying blend of flavors. Unfortunately, the dish was marred by an overwhelming taste of black pepper powder. The excessive use of this spice drowned out the other flavors and made the dish almost unbearable. Regrettably, I found myself unable to finish it due to the overpowering pepper taste. While the restaurant's concept is intriguing and the bakery section is a nice touch, the execution of the dishes fell short of expectations. The parotha taco's size and value, combined with the Hakka noodles' overpowering flavor, left me unsatisfied with my dining experience. I hope the restaurant takes these aspects into consideration to enhance the overall quality of their offerings."
