"I went in to get my nails done along with other people. I called ahead of time to get my nails done. But when I arrived they were very disorganized and basically said half of the group had to wait for more workers to do our nails. The pedicure was fine but I have one problem my own mother got a infection on her nail only a week later. I think it’s best to just make a review to say PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. They are money hungry I even told my sister not to get her medicure but the lady who was doing her nails was basically insisting on her getting them done. Plus in the end for 5 people we spent $300 dollars…. For all of that I could’ve went to a different place or did it my self. At the end of the day this place is very overpriced for the quality and getting hurt is not worth it I’m sure my mothers nail will never recover. I want my money back."
"This guy named Jon did my full set two times and those two times were the worst. He would always file my nails too hard and too close to my skin and cuticles. It felt like he was trying to take my whole nail off. There was one time where I pulled my hand back and said “ow” and he didn’t apologize at all. Besides all that the shape he gave my nails was very bad, they were way more bumpier than they should be. I honestly don’t think he even knows how to do nails. I’m never going back and i don’t recommend anyone to go there."
"Got regular mani with design it was all together $20, I got it done for my bday. When we were done , the guy said their lamp don't work so I used a fan to dry it. Like really? It last me exactly day and the half, such a disappointment got 20 $ wasted. I was so upset."
"I made an appointment for after I got off work on a Saturday at 3:00pm. I had to push it back and they were more then willing to work with me on the time. However, the woman who did my Deluxe pedicure and gel manicure seemed to be rushing. She didn't seem to understand any of my questions about polish and their services. The other girls around her had to keep explaining things. She seemed to not understand anything I meant when I asked a question about a color or service. My gel manicure seemed very rushed. Barely a week later and the edges are coming up and it's starting to peel. I have never had this issue with gel before. The way it was applied makes it look like I had several weeks of nail growth from my cuticles when it hasn't even been a full week. I cannot believe the poor service and will not recommend anyone to go there for nails. They only redeeming thing about the place is the woman who did my eyebrows a month before. She was wonderful and did a perfect job. No complaints to her. But in terms or nail service quality, it fails."
"On Friday, October 9, 2015, I had an appointment at Elite Spa in White Marsh Mall for eleven o'clock. I called and specifically stated I wanted a Keratin treatment. It was my day off. I chose this day due to the keratin process and my work schedule (not being able to wash my hair or put it in a pony tail). I was placed on hold, as usual when making these appointments (usually to confirm the keratin is in stock and that there will be a certified stylist to apply it). I arrived to my appointment promptly. When I entered the salon, I stated I have an appointment for a keratin treatment. I was told to have a seat and the stylist would soon be with me. Moments later, I was taken to the chair. When the stylist asked me what I wanted done, I again stated that I wanted a keratin treatment. It wasn't until this point she told me the keratin is not only out of stock, but that the manager was refusing to replenish the stock because the stylists have to pay him for each use. I was never offered any type of apology for the inconvenience. I had rearranged my entire day off around a scheduled appointment. It was made very clear from the beginning what the appointment was for. As a result, I had to visit and call multiple other salons in an attempt to find a stylist that could assist me with short notice. The customer service was incredibly inconsiderate and showed no empathy to the situation."
